Last year, COVID-19 forced us to get creative with our annual fundraiser. When we couldn’t gather for a fundraising dinner, we hosted an online silent auction instead.
It ended up being so popular, we’re bringing it back this year.
So mark your calendars for Nov. 28 to Dec. 5, 2021, for our second online silent auction. Bring your own dinner, and get ready to bid on some unique items. Some of those items include beautiful jewelry by our friends on the White Earth Reservation, handmade soaps by multiethnic Indígena Christina Quintanilla of Bloomwell Essentials and, of course, coffee. Not only can you cross off some of those gifts on your holiday shopping list, but also you can support our work on the White Earth Reservation.
The link to the auction will go live at 9 a.m. Central on Sunday, Nov. 28, here on hopeforthefirstnations.com. It will run through 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 5. In the meantime, we’ll be popping in to the Facebook event throughout the week with more information about what we do, so don’t forget to RSVP on Facebook!
Contact HFtFN President Emily Miller at emily@hftfn.org if you have any questions or if you would like to donate items to our silent auction.
